UC2: Extension of existing application
In this use case the company needs to extend an existing application and the extension spans several levels of the MDA approach (e.g., CIM, PIM, code level). This use case is similar to UC1, as it covers the same steps (1-5). However, in this case it is assumed that models of existing application in all those layers are available (steps 1-5 have been at least once performed before for this model) and can be updated to reflect the change in business requirements.
